Brief
We believe that a project can only be successful when we understand our clients' unique needs and lifestyle. So the first step of the process is to meet with you, discuss the project and fully understand what you want to achieve, which allows us to present a project plan and transparent cost estimate tailored to you.
Design
Following an agreed project plan, we will collaborate with our trusted design team to meticulously design all aspects of your project. This could include submitting planning applications (if necessary), detailed working drawings, designing specific rooms, material specification and internal finishes.
Build
Construction can be a daunting and challenging task. We manage all aspects of the process to deliver bespoke, elegant homes. Regular updates are given along the way to keep you fully informed of progress and give you peace of mind that your project is in safe hands.
Living
​We understand that success comes not only from the final delivery, but from your experience throughout the project and once you begin living in the space. We take on a select number of projects each year to ensure that each client receives a thoroughly personalised experience with responsive and attentive customer care.
