You're in safe hands

Relationships are at the heart of our business. We believe it's important to get to know our clients. Your values and your lifestyle will determine how we help you create a home that is optimal for you.

Our approach is very much a collaborative one and it's personal to you, your project and your needs. Whether you're designing and building a home, or elevating your existing property, we can work with your existing team, or we can offer you a full turn-key service, bespoke to your needs, using our architects and designers.

We have built highly trusted relationships with industry leaders in their craft,  so whether you're looking for bespoke joinery, a built-in wine cellar, or custom home technology, such as a state-of-the-art golf simulator, you're in safe hands.

Luke Connolly BEng (Hons), MSc, MRICS
Owner and project director

Luke is a chartered project manager with over 20 years’ experience in construction and luxury property development, ranging from large, complex London regeneration schemes, to award winning bespoke developments and luxury private client builds in the Home Counties.

Luke has a degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in project and enterprise management from UCL’s Bartlett, ranked No. 1 in the world for architecture and built environment studies. His career began at a design consultancy, gaining experience in structural, civil, and mechanical & electrical design for large residential and commercial projects. He then worked as a project manager for Gardiner & Theobald, a leading London construction and property consultancy specialising in bespoke project management services for luxury residential projects. There, he managed the early stages of the £10 billion Earls Court redevelopment.

Prior to starting Tenaya Projects, Luke was the construction director at luxury property developer Westbourne Homes, where he managed all areas of project delivery post-planning, including design management, technical design and construction, as well as the operational aspects of the business. This included the project management of Westbourne's client builds - most recently a 12,000sqft home in Beaconsfield.

Luke is passionate about design; his ability to visualise a concept and his eye for detail, ensure that materials chosen are done so with great care to complement each other and achieve a luxury, standout aesthetic. Luke's commitment to high standards and his broad project management experience across prime, super-prime, and private projects places him perfectly to deliver a project that will exceed your expectations.
